Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Issues Statement On Magu’s Reported Arrest

MAGU HONOURS INVITATION PANEL 

On Monday, July 6, 2020, Mr. Ibrahim Magu, acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC), honoured an invitation by a Presidential Committee examining the activities of the EFCC at the Presidential Villa’s Banquet Hall wing, Abuja. 

On his way to the Force Headquarters, Abuja for a briefing, he was given the invitation to the Stand. 

The chief of the EFCC was neither arrested nor required to accept this invitation. A member of an EFCC legal team is also on the Panel with him.
